The Web service that we use for the T.E. Client Portal is currently hosted in the United States. Due to current U.S. laws and practices any information stored at any time on this site may be potentially seized by U.S. Authorities. T.E. Wealth cannot guarantee that U.S. Authorities, particularly U.S. taxing authorities will not, even inadvertently, gain access to the data once it is posted to the T.E. Client Portal. Even though the likelihood of the data being accessed by U.S. Authorities is very small, those clients who may have U.S. exposure, have a risk of involuntary disclosure.
