About Earl

Earl Kirchner knows all about choosing change. After years as a busy wealth management executive with a major Canadian bank, he chose an early retirement. With this newfound freedom, Earl looked for an opportunity to get back to what he loved to do best during his career, helping people realize their goals. He found it, joining T.E. Wealth in 2005. As a Senior Consultant in the Financial Education & Employer Services division, he provides financial education and one-on-one financial counselling to employee groups across Alberta. Because Earl personally knows what it takes to change your future, his advice and insights ring true, whether he’s working with a senior executive or an employee from the shop floor.
