About Jane

In 1986, when Jane Cheong arrived in Montreal as a student from nearly half way around the world, she had a lot of adapting to do – learn the language, get used to the climate and discover the traditions of her new country, Canada. This ability to adapt and be flexible has been critical to her success as a financial consultant with T.E. Wealth.

A business graduate from University of Montréal’s École des Hautes Études Commerciales (H.E.C.) and an accountant by profession, Jane was drawn to the personal nature of financial planning. Although she was initially immersed in the technical side of financial planning, Jane quickly moved on to coaching and mentoring financial planners for a major financial institution. Arriving at T.E. Wealth in 1999, Jane built her practice by addressing the unique wealth management needs of corporate executives, busy professionals and entrepreneurs. Her ability to fully understand her clients’ needs and flexibility in tailoring recommendations have made Jane a trusted resource for her clients. And with her in-depth financial planning knowledge and the same forward-looking confidence that brought her to Canada so many years ago, Jane is committed to seeing her clients realize their goals.
