With more than 22 years of experience in wealth management, Marie Machado has seen tremendous change but that’s one of the things she likes about her career. Starting out in tax planning with an accounting firm and moving on to financial planning with an insurance-based firm, Marie came to T.E. Wealth in 1987 because she wanted to focus on the big picture for her clients and T. E. Wealth’s fee-based approach lets her do just that. In her 23 years with the firm she’s witnessed a major transformation in personal financial planning thanks to the proliferation of investment options now available. In her view, professional financial advice is no longer an option; it’s an absolute necessity.
