Some people can’t see the forest for the trees but not Sarah Wilson. Not only does she see the forest and the trees, she also makes note of the branches and the leaves. Sarah’s ability to keep her eye on the big picture while making sense of all the details has served her well throughout her varied career. Establishing clear goals and putting all the pieces in place to create a logical plan has been key to her success whether as a corporate secretary, oil and gas economist, small business owner, author or financial planner.

Sarah decided to pursue a career in financial planning in 2004 the blend of pure analytics and dealing with people’s financial goals and aspirations is a perfect fit for her skills and interests. Since then, she has worked independently as a financial planner as well as with a major Canadian bank, and her preference for independence was one of the reasons for joining T.E. Wealth. Another was the team environment at T.E. Wealth, where financial planners, investment counsellors and other financial specialists work collaboratively to put the right plans in place for clients. Sarah’s natural curiosity, keen attention to detail and passion for bringing balance to her clients lives have made her a valued resource to colleagues and clients alike.
