When it comes to Executive Financial Counsel and Education Services, Connie’s consultative approach makes for the perfect partnership with Canadian companies. Her deep understanding of employer objectives, compensation models and financial wellness objectives set her apart in creating a service that is entirely customized to your needs.
T.E Wealth couldn’t have a better spokesperson. As head of this service, Connie is charged with creating the kind of collaborative corporate environment where solutions are designed to have a game-changing impact.
In 1995, Connie joined T.E. Wealth as the executive assistant for founder Tim Egan, and learned the business from the ground up. She grew attached to the company both because of the goal-oriented approach to helping people with their money, and for the way that the company valued and treated their own employees.
After a brief hiatus to care for her young family, she returned to T.E. Wealth in 2003 and created the role of Human Resources Manager. In that position, she oversaw recruiting, compensation, training and development, performance management and health and safety for offices across the country. She was also integral in initiating and developing employee programs for coaching and professional education.
Later, Connie transitioned into marketing and communications where she led that division in conjunction with heading up the Consultant group for six years. In 2020, she was appointed to her current role as head of T.E. Wealth’s Executive Financial Counsel and Education Services.
Recognizing that T.E. Wealth will continue to be defined as leaders in the marketplace by ensuring the quality of its people and practices, Connie is committed to seeing our clients’ employees thrive with our client-first approach to wealth management.
