As a Senior Analyst for T.E. Wealth’s Indigenous Services practice, David provides investment research to support our national investment manager research team. In addition to assessing investment managers and strategies, he is also actively involved in the analysis of our clients’ investment performance and the writing of quarterly reports.
David holds degrees in Math and Economics from Carleton University as well as Civil Engineering from Concordia University.
Prior to joining T.E. Wealth, David worked on the Administration team for the brokerage arm of one of Canada’s Chartered Banks.
David is certified bilingual in English and French. He has experience as an elementary and high school math tutor at the ‘Ecole Wiinibekuu School’ in the Cree Nation of Waskaganish and has also acted as a Project Coordinator for the Dream Quest Camp at Algonquin College, coordinating the camp for 45 Indigenous students from various rural areas.
David is a member of the Serpent River First Nation. David was recently married and currently resides in Ajax. He frequently visits his family in his hometown of Carleton Place, Ontario. In his spare time, David enjoys being outdoors, and keeps active playing various sports such as hockey, baseball, volleyball and golf.
