As a Senior Vice President in T.E. Wealth’s Toronto office, Scott provides comprehensive wealth management solutions to help clients preserve the financial security they’ve worked hard to achieve. His expertise includes tax, retirement, wills and estate planning, and discretionary investment management for Canadian and U.S. citizens.
Bringing more than 25 years’ experience to the industry, Scott discovered his passion for helping people with their financial affairs while working in private banking with members of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA). Prior to joining T.E. Wealth as a Consultant in 2001, Scott held positions at financial services organizations where he mentored others on financial planning.
An alumnus of the Harvard School of Business, Scott is also a contributor to the book Canadian Financial Planning: Definitions, Standards & Competencies, published by the Financial Planners Standards Council (FPSC).
Scott holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) and Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designations.
Scott is an avid golfer and skier, and volunteers with the Brimacombe Ski Club. In 2002, he won the Queens Jubilee Medal for volunteer work with Scouts Canada. He now lives in Ajax, Ontario with his wife and their two children.
